What does it take to introspect on the past
Just about the time for a drink to last...

We usually stop by to look back and cry
Some tears rolling down
Some flashbacks hitting back
Hiding their face in the sack

We pretend to be happy for where we are..
That crafts us in what we are not
You just scale yourself up in what you have got

Moving on seems easy and fancy
Don't dare to stop and look into its eyes..
Flip your decision and you will never rise

Rise again for the dreams you perceive
Stand up tall for all your beliefs

Failure - I think differently now

I don't have same perception of failure anymore - it seems Its no more scary as it was all this while when I was a kid and the exam results were awaited.. or when I forgot to get my report card signed by dad.. or when I missed a table tennis match just when I was an inch away for the win.. or when I was drowning just before i actually started swimming

Its looks to be my friend now.. its not something I cant turn around.. Nahh not really. It is something under my control and trust me the more you see it.. the more confident you get because you know you are getting closer to what you want.

You will get what you want.. just depends how many times you have to try and when is that one last try when you will not get up and dust off your clothes to run again with the bruised knees.

Do what you want! Because thats why you are here.

Failure - I kinda love you now.. you are my stepping stone and I have to be nice to you :)

Dreams Look back ! With Hope

Dreams do look back sometimes.. one just did for me
And I am the one who has always learned from shattered dreams but it was an absolute pleasure to see it looking back at me and telling me..
"Go give it a shot once more" or at least more about where you want to be...

In my VUCA world... it seems possible.
I will get there when I deserve to :)
